How do I sign up to receive Players Card e-mails?
Are Indian Summer and The Plateau Club included as part of the program?
While Indian Summer and The Plateau Club are NOT included as complimentary round options, there are a couple of opportunities to play these courses via the Players Card program. The first option is through our Players Card Tournament Series, which features at least one event at an Oki Golf facility each month and includes events at Indian Summer and The Plateau Club. The second option is through Players Card Open Play Days. On a couple of select non-member days at Indian Summer and The Plateau Club (typically a Monday), Oki Golf notifies cardholders that tee times are available for their booking at a fee. These days are exclusive to Players Cardholders and are corresponded through our Players Card e-mail newsletters.
Starting in 2010, the Platinum Card underwent changes. What were they?
The card can be used exactly the same as in the past. We have simply added more flexibility for our guests to play more rounds at their favorite Oki Golf courses. Additional charges may apply for rounds played at peak times after the first complimentary round at each golf course has been used.
How many rounds can I play at any one course?
Guests may use up to six Platinum rounds at any one course with the exception of China Creek and Coal Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle. Limit of one (1) complimentary round remains at both China Creek and Coal Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle.
Why is Oki Golf charging an additional $15 fee for certain rounds?
We are making more peak rounds available for our Oki Golf Players Cardholders by allowing them to play their favorite courses more than once. For that added flexibility, we are asking that our Cardholders pay a nominal fee. The cost of these rounds to the Cardholder, even including the fee, is still significantly less than the public rate or cardholder rate.
When does the $15 fee apply?
The $15 fee only applies if you choose to play more than one Platinum round at Washington National, Redmond Ridge, Trophy Lake or Harbour Pointe on the weekends (Fri-Sun) during the peak season months of May through September. For example, if you use three Platinum rounds at Washington National on Saturdays between May 1st and September 30th, the second and third round will be subject to the $15 fee. There is no additional fee for weekday rounds and rounds played October 1st through April 30th. Rounds played at Echo Falls or Hawks Prairie are not subject to the $15 fee.
