In order to activate your EZ Links handicap account, please contact the Oki Golf course you would like to have as your home club and request to have your account activated. After your account has been activated, our team members will provide you with your handicap number and EZ Links log-in information for posting purposes.
How do I transfer scores from my old handicap system to the Oki Golf EZ Links system?
If you participated in another handicap program and would like to transfer your scores to the EZ Links Handicap Network, then you must enter your scores manually into EZ Links in order to preserve your scoring history.
For those who carried a GHIN handicap index in the past and are now transitioning to the EZ Links Handicap Network, you can print out your 20 most recent scores from GHIN.com and enter them into the EZ Links Handicap Network to preserve your score history. If you cannot access your GHIN scores, you may contact Oki Golf and we can provide you with your 20 most recent scores from GHIN.
We cannot provide scores from non-GHIN or EZ Links handicap systems.
Can I edit scores once they are posted to EZ Links?
You cannot edit scores once they are posted to EZ Links. If you do post an incorrect score, you may contact your home course or the oki golf home office for assistance. Click here for contact information.
If I play a non-Oki Golf course, how do I post that score to the Oki Golf Handicap Network?
You can save your scorecard and post the next time you are in an Oki Golf Pro Shop, or you can visit the Handicap section at www.okigolf.com and post your score online.
If I play a course that is not listed in EZ Links, or is out of state, how do I post my score?
If you are trying to post a score from a course not listed in EZ Links, then you can add the course in manually by selecting 'Other' from the course pull down menu and filling in the course slope and rating information. This information is usually listed on the course's scorecard and/or website. If you do not have the course slope and rating information, you may look it up on the USGA course rating database by clicking here . A course MUST have a USGA course and slope rating in order to be posted to EZ Links.
Can I change my home course in EZ Links?
Yes, you may change your home course at anytime by contacting Oki Golf and letting us know which course you currently have as your home course, and which course you would like to make your new home course.
I seem to have multiple EZ Links accounts; can I merge these into one account?
Yes, you can merge accounts and scores into one EZ Links account. If you have two or more accounts at one home course, please contact that course and request the accounts be merged and/or removed. If you have accounts at multiple home courses, please contact the Oki Golf home office at (425) 454-2800 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to assist you.
Is the EZ Links Handicap USGA-Certified?
Yes, the EZ Links Handicap is a certified USGA Handicap Index. If you are ever concerned about whether the handicap you are receiving is USGA-certified, visit the USGA website and view their list of Licensed Clubs .
Is this the same as a GHIN account?
No, the EZ Links Handicap Network and GHIN are separate handicap computation services. Both are used commonly by regional golf associations across the state, and both use the same required formula to calculate your USGA Handicap Index.
Is my handicap accepted at tournaments in Washington or outside of the state?
Yes, your EZ Links USGA Handicap Index is valid and accepted at any venue or competition that requires a USGA Handicap Index.
How can a tournament coordinator verify my handicap?
Anyone that wants to verify your handicap index can look you up by name in the Handicap section of Oki Golf’s website (www.okigolf.com ). They may also call the Golf Shop of your home course and have a member of the golf staff verify your USGA Handicap Index for them.
Can I play in WSGA & PNGA events with this handicap?
While the WSGA & PNGA will accept your EZ Links USGA Handicap Index, both of these groups require that you be a member with the WSGA in order to participate in their events. WSGA memberships will still be available for purchase at all of the Oki Golf courses.
How can I print out a handicap label/index card?
You may print a label at the handicap terminal at your Oki Golf home course, or you may print out an index card once you have logged into your record under the Handicap section of Oki Golf’s website ( www.okigolf.com ).
When can I start posting scores?
Per the requirements of the USGA, Oki Golf will be on the same handicap calendar as our regional association, the WSGA. The active season is March through November. Handicaps are frozen at the end of November and re-activate again in March. Online posting will be availabe at this time as well.
Where do I post my scores?
Scores can be posted at EZ Links Handicap terminals at any of the Oki Golf courses, and may also be posted online under the Handicap section at www.okigolf.com.
How often will my handicap be revised?
Oki Golf’s EZ Links Handicap Network will be on the exact same revision schedule as GHIN, with a new revision occurring on the 1st and 15th of every month during the active season (March-November).
I posted five scores to EZ Links, but my handicap still says N/H. When will my handicap appear?
